Job Description General Information

Blue Square Real Estate Group has fast become the leading real estate agency on the French Riviera not only for international buyers and sellers but for the local market as well. Due to our success in providing ethical real estate and excellent customer service to all our clients we have recently opened our new 250m2 Head Office based in Sophia Antipolis. We are currently looking for energetic, hardworking individuals to join our dynamic company.

Residential Property Consultants (ref BSQ06)

The role is providing our qualified international and local clientele with professional advice through the entire buying process utilising our extensive partnership program. We are looking to take on Residential Property Consultants in the following areas: Nice, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes, Mougins, Valbonne & Biot. Excellent commission based remuneration.

Sales Team Manager (ref BSQ05)

To manage a team of Property Consultants; to implement a comprehensive training program; to instill a professional customer service orientated working practice; build the Blue Square Partnership program.

Property Listers / Mandataires (ref BSQ11)

The position is to create and maintain a quality property portfolio, working hand in hand with our sales team to sell to their qualified local and international clientele. Positions throughout the Cote D’Azur.

Telemarketing (ref BSQ12)

This is a new department that has just been launched. The position is to look after our extensive database of clientele on a daily basis, helping them to sell or purchase property on the Cote D’Azur and to work directly with the Property Consultants team.

Commercial Sales Consultants (ref BSQ45)

You will need to have at least 3 years experience in Commercial Real Estate in France and be RICS associated. This role is to provide niche commercial investments throughout France to our network of investment funds and HNW clientele.

For all the positions you need to have excellent people skills, be hard working, energetic, and speak a good level of French. You must be able to work under your own initiative. We provide you with a full training package, the full support of our back office and an extensive marketing platform. We understand what it takes to be successful in this business and will share that knowledge with you allowing you to forge a fulfilling career on the French Riviera.
